3．濾紙保藏法

（5）將安瓿管放入內(nèi)有五氧化二磷作吸水劑的干燥器中，用真空泵抽氣至干。
（6）將棉花塞入管內(nèi)，用火焰按圖Ⅶ-13熔封，保存于低溫下。
（7）需要使用菌種，復(fù)活培養(yǎng)時(shí)，可將安瓿管口在火焰上燒熱，滴一滴冷水在燒熱的部位，使玻璃破裂，再用鑷子敲掉口端的玻璃，待安瓿管開啟后，取出濾紙，放入液體培養(yǎng)基內(nèi)，置溫箱中培養(yǎng)。
